Overview

As a staff product designer at Gusto, you will play a crucial role in bringing contractor products to maturity, driving foundational shifts in the platform and enhancing customer experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define a long-term UX vision.
• Work with UX Research, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and Customer Support.
• Design and ship new and iterative projects that deliver value to customers.

• 8+ years' Product Design experience required.
• Experience leading design direction at the product level.
• Comfortable with complex customer experiences.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders.
• Advocate for high-quality customer experiences.
