Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Nova Credit, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and impactful product experiences for our Cards vertical, while also contributing to the company’s design strategy and direction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design.
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience building design systems and pattern libraries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ownership mentality and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Bonus: Knowledge in FinTech, particularly credit and risk.
