Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in B2B or B2B2C product management.
• Experience in shipping high-performing products.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries and building Mixpanel dashboards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to synthesize customer insights with quantitative data.
• Experience in navigating technical trade-offs with engineering.
• Ownership mentality and hands-on approach.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in product delivery.
• Bias toward action and problem-solving.
• Bonus: Deep industry knowledge in FinTech, particularly in credit and risk.
