Senior Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect will work within our Go-To-Market team to drive new business and successfully launch customers across financial services verticals. As a consultative product expert, you'll help clients unlock business value while collaborating with pre-sales, post-sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer journey.

In Short

• Establish a technical and strategic understanding of Nova Credit’s implementation operations
• Learn the go-to-market motion of Nova Credit
• Run your first client meetings
• Partner with Account Executives for pre-sales processes
• Partner with Engagement Managers for post-sales processes
• Shape technical decisions for customer integrations
• Launch or close your first mid-market customer engagement
• Close and launch critical enterprise customers
• Scale the Solutions Architecture function
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering

Requirements

• 7+ Years experience in customer-facing pre or post-sales roles
• Experience in Enterprise IT and using HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and a Server Side language
• Proven experience in Enterprise IT solutions and implementations
• Intellectual curiosity, drive, and coachability
