As a Staff Product Manager at BuildOps, you will have the opportunity to build an industry-leading Project Management solution for the commercial subcontracting industry, focusing on field workflows, labor planning, collaboration, and financials.

Requirements

• 3+ years at a contractor or construction firm, or 6+ years in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with construction project management.
• Experience in a technical environment with basic SQL skills.
• MBA or Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
