Overview

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at BuildOps, you will help manage relationships for a large, multi-location customer, acting as the primary point of contact and driving adoption of our software solutions.

Requirements

  • Located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to engage with diverse personalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce and Jira.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
