We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to champion visual design excellence on our team, ensuring a simple, polished, compelling user experience across our products.

• 8+ years of experience as a visual product designer.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers.
• Strategic mindset for long-term design vision.
• Proactive and self-guided in navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare or complex product ecosystems.
