Overview

The Sr. Marketing Project Manager will manage medium to large cross-functional projects and campaigns across client-facing and brand marketing initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative operations.
• Proven experience managing creative deliverables within marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows, including design and production cycles.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination models.
• Experience in healthcare, tech, or regulated industries a plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
