Marketing Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. This hybrid role combines the operational efficiency of a project manager with the strategic oversight and outstanding organizational skills required to manage key cross-functional marketing projects and collaborations with the Product, Front-End, and BI teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of high-priority initiatives, providing structured support, and maintaining alignment with the VP’s strategic vision.

In Short

• Coordinate Marketing tasks for the launch of new game updates and events.
• Represent Marketing in the development of new features.
• Conduct market research to discuss new projects.
• Manage inter-departmental projects and marketing initiatives.
• Organize and track project progress using Asana and Looker Studio.
• Facilitate communication and updates among stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for the VP of Marketing.
• Handle operational tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Asana and Looker Studio.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• German proficiency is a plus.
• Understanding of game server hosting concepts.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Familiarity with popular multiplayer games.
• Experience managing game servers or communities is a bonus.
