• Oversee company storefront logistics and inventory tracking.
• Manage vendor contracts and invoice processing.
• Track spend and assist with reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Legal for marketing assets compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations.
• Confidence managing creative timelines and budgets.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools; proficiency in Wrike is a plus.
• Comfort juggling deadlines and vendor communications.
