Marketing Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Run regular team meetings to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on project management methodology.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and timely project delivery.
• Organize and track marketing tasks in project management tools.
• Develop and maintain a communications calendar.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates.
• Coordinate asset collection for campaigns and events.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process optimizations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of continuous marketing or project coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS models.
• Proven ability to create and improve processes for project flow.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts across digital and content execution.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Aviation or aerospace industry experience is a plus.
