Marketing Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a well-organized Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager in a hybrid work model, you will combine the operational efficiency of a project manager with strategic insight and excellent organizational skills to successfully manage key cross-departmental marketing projects and collaboration with product, front-end, and business intelligence teams.

In Short

• Coordinate marketing tasks for the launch of new game updates, online events, and physical events.
• Represent marketing in the conception and implementation of new marketing-relevant features.
• Conduct market analyses to understand gamer needs and competitive offerings.
• Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring effective team collaboration.
• Organize, track, and document project progress using tools like Asana and Looker Studio.
• Promote communication and regular updates via Slack channels.
• Create reports and summaries for the VP of Marketing.
• Develop a deep understanding of ongoing marketing activities to provide actionable insights.
• Handle operational tasks like scheduling and task prioritization.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all relevant matters.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and processes.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• German skills are a plus but not required.
• Solid understanding of game server hosting concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Reliable and trustworthy, aligned with strategic goals.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
