Overview

We are seeking a strategic Member Care Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. This role is essential in helping us scale our Care Operations and Member Care teams by recruiting top talent across a range of high-volume roles.

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within Care Operations and Member Care teams.
• Source, identify, and engage top talent using creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously to meet staffing needs.
• Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance workflows.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and team culture.
• Advise on compensation recommendations and negotiate offers.
• Report on recruitment metrics and performance data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic setting.
• Strong track record in sourcing diverse candidate pools.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
