Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Care Clinic - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced product marketing leader to own the development of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy/execution for Included Health’s Care Clinic — including virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and Specialty Care. This leader will function as a player / coach, with 1 Product Marketing Manager reporting to them. Your team will shape our value story, sharpen our understanding of the competitive landscape and buyer needs, and partner cross-functionally to improve win rates, inform our product roadmap and business strategy, commercialize new products, and expand into new markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing or management consulting.
• 3+ years of experience with health plans.
• Deep understanding of challenges faced by health plans.
• Strong analytical ability and strategic instincts.
• Excellent communication skills for B2B sales narratives.
• Experience leading a high-functioning product marketing team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
