As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Productivity - Async team, you will work on improving developer productivity by enhancing the tools and systems used by product engineers.

In Short

Identify and solve inefficiencies in tooling and APIs.
Design and implement solutions iteratively.
Collaborate with product engineering colleagues.
Develop and maintain services and architecture.
Advance the use of Kafka and Sidekiq.
Harden async infrastructure for resilience.

Requirements

8+ years of Software Development Experience.
5+ years with Rails and Ruby.
Strong communication skills.
Architectural thinking and coding ability.
Active knowledge of Ruby.
Experience with Sidekiq and/or Kafka.
Proven track record of improving developer productivity.
