In Short

  • Develop and responsible for Southwest sales strategy and annual sales plan.
  • Support Southwest sales team by leading client and prospect meetings.
  • Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts, and business efficiencies.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strategies.
  • Ensure communications represent the GuidePoint Security brand.
  • Direct implementation of sales policies and practices.
  • Build revenue-generating relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading teams focused on enterprise security software sales.
  • Experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings.
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
