Senior Technical Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technical Integration Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new practices’ clinical data and managing technical implementation projects with healthcare vendors.

In Short

• Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders during onboarding.
• Manage clinical and claims data integration projects.
• Configure, test, and validate data interfaces and ETL pipelines.
• Translate requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Create and maintain integration documentation.
• Perform data QA and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Manage go-live planning and execution.
• Support data transfer and job scheduling in cloud environments.
• Generate cohort lists for vendor performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or data integration.
• Knowledge of healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira.
• Proficiency in data QA and validation processes.
• Experience with claims data normalization.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows.
