Overview

The Senior Integration Specialist at ATPCO is instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding and technical integration of ATPCO’s products with customers' systems.

In Short

• Oversee and manage multiple technical onboarding projects simultaneously across various product lines.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Continuously refine and improve integration workflows.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of integration documentation.
• Partner with the Product team to ensure technical integration content is accurate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical onboarding, integration, or implementation roles.
• Strong understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Passion for process improvement and documentation best practices.
