Remote RN Case Manager

Overview

The Remote RN Case Manager will work from home to enhance member management quality, improve satisfaction, and assist members in navigating the healthcare system as part of a collaborative health team.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License.
• Five years of experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience in Case Management and Chronic Condition Management.
• Knowledge of utilization review and managed care.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• High-speed internet and a secure home office required.
• Certification in Case Management is a plus.
