In Short

• Collaborating with team on monthly closing process according to adherence to GAAP.
• Preparing and posting required journal entries.
• Completing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
• Ensuring all activity adheres to internal controls.
• Reconciling accounts and allocating expenses.
• Developing and implementing best practices.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel.
• Experience in public and private companies.
• Extreme attention to detail.
