Overview

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team to promote early cancer detection products, ensuring effective sales strategies and team development within the designated region.

• Lead a team of Account Executives in the promotion of SHIELD.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop sales personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing sales role in medical or diagnostic fields.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and sales performance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with consultative selling processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing is preferred.
• Experience using different sales methodologies.
