Overview

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to promote early cancer detection products within a designated region, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets.

In Short

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer-facing sales roles in medical diagnostics.
  • 3+ years in sales leadership positions.
  • Proven revenue generation experience.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 75% of the time.
