Overview

The Patient Navigation Specialist will be a key member of the Client Services Organization at Guardant Health, responsible for processing OPS and Kit orders while ensuring effective communication with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Flexibility with working hours based on needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
