Rio ESG is seeking a passionate Lead Full-Stack Developer to guide their tech team and shape the future of their sustainability platform.

In Short

Lead engineering across a full-stack TypeScript platform.
Mentor engineers and drive clean, scalable architecture.
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams.
Oversee ETL processes and integration with BI tools.
Expand AI capabilities for smarter data handling.

Requirements

Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js.
Solid backend and database knowledge (MySQL, Redshift).
Comfort navigating cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Familiarity with GraphQL, ETL pipelines, and BI/reporting tools.
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role.
