Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote

On behalf of our client in the medtech domain, GT is looking for a Global TA Manager with experience in hiring medical staff and volume recruitment.

In Short

• Attraction and sourcing of top talent from entry level to Director level across all company locations.
• Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, including volume recruitment campaigns.
• Market mapping and building of talent pipelines to support future site expansion and new country entry.
• Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes that ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Management of the internal vacancy process.
• Driving brand awareness and employee value proposition through effective social media campaigns.
• Management and optimisation of the company's ATS (currently Personio).
• Production, analysis and reporting of monthly recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 5 years+ experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and employment branding, including volume recruitment campaigns.
• Proficiency in the use of job boards and social media.
• Broad experience in the use of ATS and data reporting.
• Fluency in English C1/2-written & spoken.
• Excellent communication & organization skills.
• Ability to understand the complexities of a diverse range of specialist roles.
