In Short

• Oversee the processing of approximately 100 sample requests each month.
• Maintain our retail promotion calendar using Google Sheets.
• Keep our master store list updated with retailers carrying our products.
• Efficiently process accounts payable invoices using the Dear system.
• Monitor shipped orders in Dear to initiate invoicing.
• Analyze deductions from distributors and cross-reference them with our promotions calendar.
• Collaborate with our outsourced accounting team to resolve billing issues.
• Receive AP invoices and manage submissions for payment through bill.com.
• Follow up on past-due receivables via email.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Netsuite or similar tools.
• Basic experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Previous experience with ERP or similar returns tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work on a Night shift (US Pacific Time zone).
