We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads) to join our growing performance marketing team — someone who knows Meta Ads inside out and thrives on experimentation, creative collaboration, and continuous improvement.

In Short

• Launch and optimize Meta campaigns from scratch
• Analyze campaign performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative assets
• Manage budgets efficiently to meet targets
• Maintain account health for stable campaign performance
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients
• 3+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Ability to work EST or PST hours

Requirements

• 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
• Strong grasp of performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC
• Proven experience building campaign reports in Google Sheets or Excel
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager data
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable and proactive communicator via Slack, email, and video calls
• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based clients
• Experience analyzing creative performance
• Ability to work EST or PST hours
