Meta Ads Specialist - Remote

Overview

Pavago is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to lead paid social campaigns that drive lead generation (non-eCommerce) for our clients. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and other key social platforms to deliver measurable results.

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Run complementary campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
• Monitor campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and optimize based on key metrics.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to create engaging ads.
• Manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences using CRM data.
• Prepare reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.
• Proven success in lead generation for services or local businesses.
• Strong understanding of lead funnels and audience targeting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools.
