Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for an Ads Specialist - Meta for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve performance. Track key metrics, report on results, and address challenges proactively. Create detailed reports and collaborate on new ad content and channels with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Meta ads experience
• Understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM
• Experience building reports in Excel or Google Sheets
• Expertise in Meta ads data
• Monitoring and optimizing ad spend
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proactive communication through various channels
• Proven success with U.S. clients
• Ability to work PST
• Nice to have: Notion experience, TikTok and SnapChat ads experience
