Marketing Data/Reports Analyst - Remote

Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Data/Reports Analyst who thrives in organizing data, uncovering insights, and delivering high-quality reports that drive client decision-making. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in Excel-based reporting — with a keen eye for advertising performance metrics.

In Short

• Aggregate performance data from various platforms (Excel, Looker, DSPs, artsAI, Podscribe, etc.)
• Consistently label, save, and organize reports in shared drives
• Use a pre-designed Excel template to consolidate cross-platform data into a single, client-facing report
• Add light performance commentary for each report
• Coordinate with internal teams for quality assurance checks before delivery
• Deliver final reports on time
• Proven experience in data aggregation and Excel reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with deadlines and recurring schedules
• Willingness to work overnight shifts aligned with US business hours

Requirements

• Experience with BI/reporting tools like Looker
• Familiarity with ad tech, attribution tools, or demand-side platforms (DSPs)
• Understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CPA, impressions, brand lift, etc.)
