We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our referral program reporting, fraud detection, and marketing insights. In Short

• Support reporting and validation of referral volume.
• Identify fraudulent referrers and flag anomalies.
• Monitor and report when referrers hit key milestones.
• Work closely with marketing leads to generate and share weekly reports with insights.
• Assist with financial tasks, including invoice and purchase order processing.

Requirements

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (functions & formulas).
• Ability to read and analyze dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Can write or modify SQL queries in Mode, Snowflake, or similar programs.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Can manage tasks efficiently and communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative.
• Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST.
