Overview

GrowthAssistant is seeking a high-level Customer Support Assistant to support our client in the couples' intimacy and wellness space. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring couples feel supported, guided, and valued throughout their journey. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, thoughtful, and personalized assistance through email and chat.
