We’re hiring a CRM Operations & QA Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts. You’ll manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.

In Short

• Manage task assignments across multiple GrowthAssistants
• Perform QA reviews of CRM campaign assets
• Maintain QA playbooks and compliance runbooks
• Lead weekly reporting on QA metrics
• Support recurring audits for compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years in CRM operations or email QA roles
• Ability to coordinate task assignments across a team
• Experience with CRM/marketing technology tools
• Maintain QA documentation and compliance protocols
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA
• Experience supporting marketing audits
