A motivated Collections Specialist overseeing the end-to-end billing and collections process, ensuring accurate billing, efficient collections, and a seamless client payment experience.

• Manage invoice generation and payment processing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with QuickBooks.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• 1+ years of experience with payment platforms like Stripe.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with G Suite and Slack.
• Experience in start-up or high-growth environments.
