Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Collections Specialist will manage and reduce outstanding accounts receivable balances by actively contacting customers for payment, while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Recommend accounts for escalation to external collections agencies.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• 1+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically.
• Organizational skills with excellent follow-up habits.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
