• Operate within GoHighLevel and HubSpot to manage pipelines, automations, and email workflows.
• Support team operations through smooth provisioning, platform access, and account transitions.
• Create systems and automations to reduce human error and increase scalability.
• Own CRM data consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• Build dashboards, charts, and reports from clean, centralized data.
• Work cross-functionally to bring technical support to campaigns and team projects.
• Stay proactive by identifying and solving system bottlenecks before they surface.

Requirements

• Strong experience in HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, or ability to learn it quickly.
• Competence in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Ability to organize and manage structured data.
• Understanding of basic marketing tech setups.
• English fluency and clear communication across remote teams.
