Operations Tech Assistant – CRM, Funnels & Automation - Remote

Overview

The Operations Tech Assistant will manage the backend of our digital sales and marketing processes, ensuring efficient workflows and automation.

In Short

• Manage marketing funnels, webinar platforms, and nurturing campaigns
• Support HubSpot CRM flows: data hygiene, deal pipelines, contact workflows
• Automate processes using Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Provision and deprovision platform access for new hires & exits
• Identify and resolve tech issues across teams
• Build internal dashboards and performance reports
• Maintain multi-source data across CRMs and spreadsheets
• Act as the technical bridge between creative, sales, and ops teams

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hubs)
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar systems
• Skilled in Google Sheets and Excel
• Automation expertise: Zapier, Make, or similar
• Understanding of UTM tracking and DNS/email settings
• Excellent written/verbal communication in English
