Overview

The Account Executive builds and nurtures relationships with prospective franchise owners and corporate clients. Working alongside the sales leadership team, this individual guides interested parties from initial inquiry through signed agreement, ensuring every step is clear, timely, and professional.

In Short

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and initiate outreach to warm, marketing-generated leads
  • Lead qualification and discovery calls to understand prospect goals and fit
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, manage next steps, and support deal negotiation and close
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot (or comparable CRM)
  • Track activity metrics and report progress to management on a weekly basis
  • Contribute ideas to refine talk tracks, email sequences, and overall sales workflow
  • Uphold a people-first mindset that balances revenue targets with prospect experience

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a sales, business-development, or client-facing capacity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to convey ideas concisely
  • Proven ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously without losing detail
  • Professional, goal-oriented demeanor with a collaborative attitude
  • Reliable home-office setup and willingness to keep core hours aligned with Eastern Time
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar system
