• Strategic development of CRM measures to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in CRM, preferably in D2C/ecommerce.
• Passion for children's products and creating emotional customer experiences.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Klaviyo is a plus).
• Experience in data analysis and segmentation.
• Strong organizational skills and high quality standards.
• Confident presence, team spirit, and leadership potential.
• Very good German and good English skills.
