In Short

  • Manage and develop a High-Performing Team of 7-10 Provider Success Reps.
  • Maintain and evolve the Thriver Program, identifying ways to recognize and support top-performing providers.
  • Partner closely with teams across Credentialing, Product, Finance, Clinical Excellence, and other Provider Experience functions to drive operational efficiency and elevate the provider experience.
  • Refine and implement scalable 1:1 account management strategies to deliver value to providers across their lifecycles.
  • Identify, build, and implement cross-functional programs with the support of our Revenue Operations team.
  • Track and monitor Provider NPS and lead cross-functional efforts to improve overall provider sentiment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success Operations and Program Management experience.
  • 3+ years of previous management experience in a customer success role with direct reports.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with tools like Retool and Intercom is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, using insights to make strategic decisions for your team.
  • Excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and adapt easily as priorities shift.
  • A collaborative team player who values camaraderie and shared success.
  • Passionate about transforming the mental healthcare landscape.
