Director of Product Design - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Design Director to come in and build out the Product Design roadmap for Grow Therapy, manage a team of existing designers, and continue to grow and scale the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in user-centered web design.
• 5+ years of management experience in design teams.
• Strong product design portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching design teams.
• Experience creating scalable design processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and product discovery.
• Track record of aligning engineering with strategy.
• Experience in end-to-end design processes.
