In Short

• Lead sourcing events across Greenlight entities.
• Conduct extensive contract reviews and large negotiations.
• Manage Purchase Requests, Purchase Order Changes, and P2P workflows.
• Serve as negotiation lead on large deal terms.
• Help lead the RFX process and competitive bid process.
• Deliver cost savings through proactive initiatives.
• Act as liaison for Business Unit Stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal to maintain contract expiry and review process.
• Embrace automation in Procurement and Vendor Management.
• Support KRI/KPI data aggregation for reporting.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Management.
• Understanding of Source to Pay and Procure to Pay best practices.
• Strong experience negotiating contract terms.
• Ability to hold vendors accountable to their agreements.
• Identify operational deficiencies and escalate appropriately.
• Operate collaboratively within all levels of Greenlight.
• Experience with Source to Pay and Vendor Management technology platforms.
