Overview

Greenhouse is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! As customer-facing product experts, our Technical Support Specialists lead our efforts to showcase Greenhouse as not just a set of useful recruiting features, but as a platform for organizational change.

In Short

  • Serve as first point of contact for all technical support communications.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues with products in the Greenhouse Suite.
  • Expand your knowledge of our products and technical skills.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous product and process improvement.
  • Engage with customers to help them succeed.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with a friendly tone.
  • Provide assistance through email and online chat.
  • Maintain an excellent level of organization.
  • Be a self-motivated individual with autonomy to make decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer-facing work experience.
  • Experience using Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce or similar software.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven perseverance when resolving customer requests.
  • A passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A unique perspective and transferable skills.
