Overview

Greenhouse is looking for a Director, Content Marketing to join our team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing content marketing function that directly contributes to Greenhouse's revenue growth and brand recognition.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Track record of developing content strategies.
  • Ability to establish content KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • HR Tech experience is preferred.
  • Unique talents and perspectives are valued.
