Overview

As the Head of Sales Operations, you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for the Sales Operations area. You will drive the optimization of sales processes, analyze relevant KPIs, provide data-driven business insights, and ensure smooth collaboration between sales, professional services, finance, and other stakeholders.

• Proficient in CRM systems and BI platforms.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
• High self-motivation, team orientation, and hands-on mentality.
• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration with experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
