Support our DACH sales team with your experience as an Account Executive (m/w/d) in full-time (40h/week) with a focus on public authorities and the healthcare sector.

In Short

  • Be the central contact person for our (potential) customers in the German-speaking area.
  • Develop thoughtful territory strategies to sustainably build and manage your sales area.
  • Identify potentials, qualify opportunities, and drive them to closure.
  • Manage all phases of the sales process confidently – from lead generation to closing.
  • Present our solutions convincingly and conduct meetings that create real value.
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and engage with tangible arguments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams like marketing, pre-sales, and professional services.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in the software or IT environment.
  • Familiarity with selling complex, cloud-based or hybrid solutions at the decision-maker level.
  • Structured working style, using modern sales tools and methods.
  • Passion for identifying new customer potentials and developing existing accounts.
  • Curiosity for innovative solutions and bringing fresh impulses into customer discussions.
  • A completed degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken, essential for the role as a consultant.
  • Proficient in English communication, both within the team and with international clients.
  • Willingness to travel for customer appointments or events.
