The Beverage Account Executive (North East, WI Territory) will be a key player in expanding our THC-infused beverage business and growing consumer access to our best-in-class products.

In Short

  • Drive market share growth by gaining new distribution across retail and on-premise accounts.
  • Blend sales strategy and merchandising execution.
  • Provide insights and support to channel partners.
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market growth opportunities.
  • Ensure proper stock levels and appealing product displays.
  • Execute in-store and on-premise sampling programs.
  • Educate staff and consumers about product benefits.
  • Track and report sampling effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or merchandising experience in the beverage or CPG industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent working capability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for innovation and product education.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a competitive landscape.
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
