Overview

The Beverage Account Executive, TN will be a key player in expanding our THC-infused beverage business and growing consumer access to our best-in-class products.

In Short

  • Drive market share growth by gaining new distribution across off-premise and on-premise accounts.
  • Ensure accounts are fully stocked and products are prominently displayed.
  • Blend sales strategy with merchandising execution.
  • Increase brand visibility and secure prime placements.
  • Provide insights and support to channel partners.
  • Manage and execute in-store and on-premise sampling programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to enforce brand standards.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within Tennessee.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage or CPG industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with retail and bar/restaurant owners.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for innovation and educating consumers.
  • Must pass required background checks.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
