Overview

The Beverage Account Executive, Southern NJ will be a key player in expanding our THC-infused beverage business and growing consumer access to our best-in-class products.

In Short

  • Drive market share growth by gaining new distribution across off-premise and on-premise accounts.
  • Ensure accounts are fully stocked and products are prominently displayed.
  • Blend sales strategy with merchandising execution.
  • Provide insights and support to channel partners.
  • Manage and execute in-store and on-premise sampling programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market growth opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and align on strategy with distributor partners.
  • Conduct regular store visits to enforce brand standards.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the beverage or CPG industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for innovation and educating consumers.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must pass required background checks.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations.
