Human Resources Information Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst is responsible for modernizing and automating the administration, maintenance, and optimization of GOBHI’s Human Resources Information Systems and employee benefit platforms.

In Short

• Full-time remote position based out of Oregon.
• Maintain and support HRIS platform.
• Administer and optimize Paylocity for various HR functions.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Generate HR reports and metrics.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment workflows.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and changes.
• Provide technical support for HR systems.
• Support HR audits and compliance activities.
• Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes.

Requirements

• Three years experience in HRIS administration or related fields.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS preferred.
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• HR certification preferred.
